# Troubleshooting

> The app is missing, the clerk has no option, or the van has no keys. Most of it is start order.

<Tip>
  Start with the [Awoken Bridge](/resources/awoken-bridge/troubleshooting) boot report in your server console. It names the framework, inventory, target, keys and dispatch it found. Anything reading `none` that should not be explains most of this page.
</Tip>

    1. Check the order in `server.cfg`: `awoken_bridge`, then `awoken_tablet`, then `awoken_courier`.
    2. Check `Config.Visibility` in `config/core.lua`. If a gate is on, the player has to pass it: carry the item, have the job, and so on.
    3. With `itemGate.mode = 'sdcard'`, the card has to be installed inside a modded tablet. See [SD cards](/resources/awoken-tablet/sd-cards).
    4. Look for a `tablet registration failed` line in the server console.
