On a fresh install, Awoken Banking seeds starter tellers so the bank works immediately: Legion Square, Vinewood, Burton, Hawick, Great Ocean Hwy, Route 68 / Sandy, Paleto Bay, and Pacific Standard. Each is a teller NPC with a Bank blip.
Open the creator
The creator is admin-only, gated behindcommand.awoken_banking (the same permission from Installation). Grant it in server.cfg, then run /bank_creator in-game:

Placement types
Teller NPC
An NPC clerk you walk up to. This is what the default banks use. You choose its ped model and idle animation.
Walk-up prompt
A spot with an [E] prompt and no NPC - good for counters, kiosks, or anywhere a ped would look out of place.
Drawn zone
An area you outline corner-by-corner with a height. The whole zone is the bank - ideal for wrapping an interior or a large counter.
Settings
ATMs are separate
ATMs are not placed here. Awoken Banking attaches to the game’s world ATM props automatically, so every ATM on the map works out of the box. Configure them on their own page.ATMs
How world ATMs are detected and configured.
Reset to the defaults
Because defaults only seed into an empty table: clear yourawoken_bank_locations table, then restart awoken_banking. On start it sees the empty table and re-seeds the starter banks.
