Start with the Awoken Bridge boot report in your server console. It names the framework, inventory, target, keys and dispatch it found. Anything reading none that should not be explains most of this page.
  1. Check the order in server.cfg: awoken_bridge, then awoken_tablet, then awoken_courier.
  2. Check Config.Visibility in config/core.lua. If a gate is on, the player has to pass it: carry the item, have the job, and so on.
  3. With itemGate.mode = 'sdcard', the card has to be installed inside a modded tablet. See SD cards.
  4. Look for a tablet registration failed line in the server console.
The bridge did not find your target resource. Make sure ox_target or qb-target starts above awoken_bridge in server.cfg.With no target resource at all, walk up to him and a prompt appears instead.
Open the admin panel, Settings, and check Depot NPC is on. Then check a depot exists under Areas, Depots. A fresh install with no depot says so in the server console.
The bridge did not find your vehicle keys resource. Check the keys line in its client report in the F8 console. If it reads none, start your keys resource above the bridge, or name it in the bridge’s Config.Keys.
Each bay holds one shift at a time, and every bay at the depot is taken. Add more bays to the depot under Areas, Depots, or add a second depot.
Open the admin panel, Settings, and change Deliveries pay into. The weekly ranking has its own Paid into setting.
Every member of the crew has to have reached the route’s level, not just the lead driver. The route card names who the crew is waiting on.
The loot table points at an item your server does not have. The server console names the entry. Fix it under Loot in the admin panel.
Check Tell the police is on under Settings, then check the dispatch line in the bridge’s boot report. If it reads none, the bridge started before your dispatch resource, or it is one the bridge needs naming in Config.Dispatch.
You need the awoken_courier.creator ace or a normal admin group. If Config.Creator.aceOnly is true, only the ace counts.
server.cfg
The progression commands use a different ace from the admin panel:
server.cfg
They take the player’s server id, not their character id.
The starting world is imported once, on the first start with no areas in the database. If install/world.sql was missing at that moment, nothing was imported. Put the file back and restart with the area tables empty, or draw your own under Areas.
That file is only read once, to create the first depot. Depots are edited in the admin panel under Areas, Depots.
Config.Debug is on. Turn it off in config/core.lua and restart the resource.
The app reads config/theme.lua once when it opens. Restart the resource, then close and reopen the tablet.
Your server cannot reach raw.githubusercontent.com. It is a notice, not a fault. Config.updateNotifications = false silences the check and the banner together.

Still stuck
